Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

• Administer full lifecycle recruiting. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position and department needs to create and or update detailed and effective job descriptions. Collaborate with hiring managers on hard-to-fill and or expired job postings. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices. Support candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and offer / decline process by offering recommendations and coaching, attending interviews, and handling communications as requested. Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Lead Provider recruiting. Participate in specialty job fairs focused on students and residents. Proactively search for, engage, and forward qualified candidates to applicable hiring managers. Collaborate with third-party recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill positions. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices. Support candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and offer / decline process by assisting with scheduling and follow up communications. Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and increase professional network within the community, social platforms, and other applicable portfolios. Proactively search for, engage, and forward qualified candidates that fit the company and role to applicable hiring managers. Identify and implement effective and efficient recruiting methods. Follow up with new employees and hiring managers at standardized increments to obtain feedback, identify areas of potential improvement, and offer coaching as requested. Administer temporary pools by proactively collaborating with managers on their department needs, sourcing candidates to build the pools, and screen, interview, and assign candidates as needed. Research, develop, and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and the needs of the organization. Track recruiting related metrics consistently and prepare detailed reports for frequent, scheduled review.
• Lead networking opportunities. Organize and attend job fairs and other networking prospects. Submit purchase orders for recruiting related materials.
• Support the preparation of orientation(s) materials. Performs other duties as assigned which may include special projects.

Education: Associate degree in related field required. In lieu of degree, three (3) years of recruiting experience or four (4) years of HR experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred..
HR related certification or license preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years minimum experience in an HR related position required in addition to degree. Two (2) years or more experience in a recruiting related position preferred in addition to degree.
Must be able to type and utilize a computer and Microsoft office software efficiently. Hours of Work: Full time, minimum 40 hours a week, some evenings Or weekends as required for related events. Travel: May require limited travel within service area. Reimbursement consistent with GLBHC policy.
