The line cook works closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, collaborating with kitchen colleagues and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.

Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish served.

Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and Rosewood policies.

Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

You have strong understanding of basic culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and stay composed under pressure.
