Security/Concierge - Full Time Evenings

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran owned company that strives to maintain a diverse and unique culture of trained and talented individuals. We are currently seeking experienced (full time or part time) Flex Security Agents with high integrity and professionalism with the ability to work in multiple Surefox locations. The Flex Security Agent is tasked with numerous functions in providing support to multiple programs within Surefox.

You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Surefox Program Manager and our Client's Manager. The Flex Security Agent is responsible for providing observation, physical security, and overwatch to assigned clients throughout Surefox Programs. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, we require our Flex Security Agents to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain an authorization within as deemed by Surefox standards. We are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to fulfill a variety of roles as needed.

Schedule - ADHOC/ On call - Part time bench
Position Summary
We are seeking professional and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers to protect assets and maintain a secure environment during events. Officers will be responsible for maintaining constant visual awareness of high-value merchandise, supporting staff and guests, and ensuring a professional presence throughout the venue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain continuous observation of merchandise and other high-value assets.
Provide a visible security presence to deter theft, tampering, and unauthorized access.
Conduct regular patrols of exhibit areas, building floors, and designated storage locations.
Interact professionally with staff, vendors, clients, and guests.
Monitor for suspicious activity and promptly report concerns to management.
Assist with access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Support event operations while maintaining exceptional customer service and discretion.
Adhere to all company policies and site-specific procedures.
Contact the police or fire department in an emergency
Must live within driving distance of New York City
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security and customer service
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)
CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
Must have a current New York State security license
Possess a valid and current driver's license and a clean driving record Preferred Experience
Executive Protection experience.
Military or law enforcement background.
Experience protecting high-value assets, luxury retail, museums, or special events.
