Litigation Managing Attorney

Litigation Attorney - ZYPHRA TECH
Our client is a law firm seeking two Litigation Attorneys: one based in Los Angeles headquarters and one based in an Orange County office. The incumbent will manage all aspects of case work, excluding trial and arbitration presentations.
An experienced attorney with in-depth knowledge of medicine, law, and medical‑malpractice litigation, who can develop effective case strategy.
License to practice law in California
Collaborate with trial attorneys to formulate discovery and investigation strategy
Obtain concurrence with Claims Specialist on defense preparation
Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Share knowledge and information with all attorneys
Respond to “hotline” inquiries from the Claims Department
Assist trial/lead attorneys with preparation of reports to Claims at all stages of litigation
Comply with the Defense Attorney Guidelines
Minimum 3-6 years of medical‑malpractice litigation experience
License to practice law in California
Medical‑malpractice litigation experience
