Trial Attorney (Trial Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have substantial courtroom experience, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial. This position requires a highly motivated attorney who is comfortable handling all phases of litigation while providing exceptional client representation.

Responsibilities

• Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and trials.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for trial.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Civil litigation and trial experience required.
• Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) is a plus.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
