Head of Marketing and Advertising

The Integrated Marketing Manager owns the operational execution and go-to-market organization of the Free Fly Marketing team. This role serves as the connective tissue across Product, Creative, Community, E-commerce, and Operations—ensuring seasonal launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives are strategically planned, operationally aligned, and executed on schedule. As a core member of the marketing leadership team, this person is responsible for building and managing the systems, workflows, calendars, and processes that keep the department operating efficiently.
Own seasonal go-to-market planning processes and Marketing milestone calendars
Develop strategies with Marketing channel members that align to the overall go-to-market plan and process
Build and maintain launch timelines, campaign workflows, and cross-functional planning systems
Partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, E-commerce, and Operations teams to align seasonal priorities and execution plans
Support development of integrated seasonal marketing plans and campaign execution strategies
Serve as the operational lead for the Marketing department, keep Marketing teams on time and aligned to strategy and planning
Help pull insights and reporting into the go-to-marketing process with both internal and external teams
Operate as a core member of the Marketing leadership team alongside Creative and Content leadership, partnering with both teams and the Head of Marketing to lead and manage efforts of the Marketing department
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

• 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, project management, or account management
• Experience working within consumer brands, advertising agencies, or integrated marketing environments
