Quality Assurance Officers

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise will help us maintain customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across our operations.

Day Shift

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties.

Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.

Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.

Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.

Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.

Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.

Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.

Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.

Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities.

Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

Analytical - Collects and researches data.

Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Returns phone-calls and e-mails within 24-hours except for weekends and other time off. Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Written Communication - Presents data effectively.

Pursues training and development opportunities; Contributes to building a positive team spirit.

Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or three to five years related experience and/or training; Computer Skills: ERP, MRP, MS Office, Other project management software.
