Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collaborative team.
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Genuine desire to collaborate with dogs and cats
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
