Our warehouse associates work 4 days and average between 40-50 hours per week while earning up to $29.25 per hour. Offering Paid Training and Top Earning potential. This position serves our customers by hand-building pallets of product and loading product onto trailers according to established company and customer standards.

• Pay Rate: $22.16 training pay, $23.71 meet productivity, up to $29.96 with incentives

• Day Shift (4 Day scheduled ): 2 days off during the week plus Saturdays

Drive and utilize all company warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) to select, pull, sort, and stack product, weighing an average of 45 lbs, within the warehouse and dock safely, according to company standards.
Work in a freezer and dry warehouse environment (freezer coats, hats, and gloves provided)
Handles products and build pallets according to established food safety procedures (e.g. visual inspection of the product for damages, proper placement on pallets to minimize cross-contamination and damage).
Ensures that the warehouse is maintained cleanly and safely according to company standards; High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree

6 months of previous warehouse experience preferred; or equivalent physical work experience in place of a degree.

Knowledge of: safe lifting procedures, and food safety guidelines.
Skill in: building pallets of products quickly, accurately and safely.
Ability to: operate forklift and/or pallet jack and maneuver in tight areas.
Read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
Wear personal protective equipment (e.g. safety shoes).
