Quality Control Checker - 1st & 2nd Shift

Quality Inspector
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our production team. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring in-process production, and conducting final evaluations of finished goods to ensure 100% compliance with our quality management system.
Inspection & Testing: Perform rigorous visual and tactile inspections of components and finished products against blueprints and technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, including Detailed Inspection Reports (DIR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Process Improvement: Equipment Care: Perform routine calibration and basic maintenance on inspection lab equipment.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
Strong mathematical skills and the ability to analyze data trends.
Written and verbal skills for reporting defects and collaborating with floor supervisors.
Shift Details & Compensation We are currently hiring for both First and Second shifts. First Shift Start: 6:00 AM
Second Shift Start: 4:30 PM
Second Shift includes a shift premium.
