Position Title: Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter for a busy telecommunication company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods

Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings and interviews

Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skills and experience

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Manage job postings and recruiting databases

Ensure all hiring processes are completed accurately and timely

Meet recruiting and placement goals in a fast-paced environment

Onboard new hires

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of Indeed and Zip Recruiter very helpful

Experience working with AI

Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bilingual preferred

Pay rate depends on experience.

Position could become full time with the company.
