Maintenance CNC Machinist

Our client, a well-known cosmetic company, is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team in Blaine, Minnesota. Responsible for designing the parts to be made. Responsible for machining parts and components to support manufacturing needs. Combines CAD/CAM design with small batch, mixed production hands-on machining using CNC milling and slant bed lathes, welding, and troubleshooting of mechanical issues. Paid training

Full time hours

Parking on-site

Restaurant on-site

Ability to set up and operate manual and CNC(Hurco) machining equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.)

Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.

Ability to design and produce parts to precise specifications.

Experience in small batch, mixed production environments.

Perform welding and cutting as needed

Fabricate and modify equipment, guards, and fixtures as needed

Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations on equipment improvements

Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications

Document work in CMMS (maintenance management system)

Experience with manual and CNC

Experience with welding and general fabrication
