Kamuela, HI This position will provide the highest quality to service to our guests. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assists servers with table service. Sets up service stations and ensures bussing of stations throughout the shift. We are a fast paced restaurant that strives to deliver the finest in food, beverage and service of the highest standards. As the Server Assistant, you are to assist the servers with table upkeep. Fill water glasses and upkeep once guests are seated

Ensure knowledge of food, menu and restaurant promotions and specials

Make, serve, and upkeep coffee and tea

Refill ice containers when needed

Side work duties, upkeep of the restaurant

One to two years’ experience in a restaurant operation required.

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, answer the phone and communicate with coworkers and guests

Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation and handling.

Ability to continuously walk and or stand, move up and down multiple flights of stairs and transport items (such as glassware, dishes, heated plates, beverages and chairs) weighing up to 50 lbs. continuously, throughout the duration of a possible 8 hour shift on a regular basis or for the duration of your shift
