HR Generalist Temp, fully remote

We're hiring a Human Resources Generalist for a well-established manufacturing company that continues to invest in its people and its future. This is a direct hire opportunity where you'll play a key role supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey: from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

You'll be involved in nearly every aspect of Human Resources, including:

Processing bi-weekly payroll (payroll experience is required)

Supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts

Managing workers' compensation claims

Assisting with employee relations and policy guidance

Coordinating performance review programs

Supporting HR reporting, compliance, and special projects

Partnering with managers to help create a positive workplace culture

3-4 years of Human Resources experience

Payroll processing experience

Recruiting experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Schedule & Travel

Monday-Friday

This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn Park, MN. REMOTE AND HYBRID ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Training begins with one week in Chicago, followed by occasional company meetings in Chicago every other month during your first year, then quarterly thereafter.
