Business Law Attorney

McGrath North is excited to add to its growing business corporate practice group in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has four or more years of transactional business corporate experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters preferred, including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, performing due diligence on M&A transactions, drafting M&A transaction documents and drafting governance documents for various entity structures. Candidates would have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas within the firm’s business corporate practice, including M&A, technology and privacy. Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own.
