Position Title: Program Manager

Job Type: Full-time

This is a program leadership role designed for a high-impact professional who can simultaneously master the execution of a current mission-critical contract while helping to expand the firm’s footprint across the defense landscape. You will serve as the primary architect for a specific capability portfolio, bridging the gap between current technical delivery and future market dominance. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface for the existing contract. You are the "trusted advisor" who deeply understands the customer’s mission pain points.

Identify "white space" within the current contract to construct and propose innovative technical solutions that enhance mission success.

Operational Excellence: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and rigorous quality standards for our capabilities.

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with 10+ years in Defense Program Management and/or Business Development, specifically 2-5 years within the SIGINT (or a related) domain.

Deep understanding of Software-Defined Radio (SDR), Cloud-to-Edge architectures, and DSO frameworks.

Ability to travel as required.

Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.
