Here's what you'd do:The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Process Improvement and EfficiencyTeam Leadership and DevelopmentForecasting and Labor ManagementProcurement and Inventory ManagementSafety, Compliance and Risk ManagementReporting and Performance MetricsCustomer Service, Satisfaction and Jobsite QualityProject ManagementResource PlanningCollaboration and CommunicationYou might be a good fit if you have:2 or 4 year degree in a landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience in a similar service industryMinimum 7 years in construction or landscaping industryMinimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industryQualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and programs including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR callsExperience with mobile applications and software including but not limited to, retrieving email from a mobile device, accessing, and using mobile applications, taking, and sharing picturesDemonstrates ability to function successfully in a fast paced and ever-changing work environmentBilingual in English and Spanish preferredEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to create and foster a team-oriented environmentHere's what to know about working here:Though we're the nation's leading landscape company, we maintain a small company feel and supportive environment that makes our team members feel at home.If you're looking to join a team of talented go-getters who tackle big vision projects other companies could only dream of, you just might have found your match.
