Project Manager – Full time, on-site position located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area.

This Project Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial construction project operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Coordinate project activities and workflows

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completionManage project quality and safety requirements

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors

Lead project teams and maintain effective communication

Resolve project issues and support successful project execution

Manage project documentation and reporting

Experience with expediting and project coordination

Strong project management experience

Inspection experience

Logistics management skills

Ability to lead and manage project teams

PMP or CCM certification preferred
