What you’ll be doing As our Strategic Projects Manager, you’ll be the engine of change and growth across the entire Satispay Group. Working as part of the CEO Office, you’ll play a key role in driving high-stakes strategic initiatives and new product launches to strengthen our market position. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Lead Strategic Initiatives – Spearheading large-scale programs, critical product launches, and complex transformational initiatives, navigating ambiguity to drive clarity. Drive Collaborative Planning – Partnering with diverse departments (Finance, Tech, Legal, Marketing) to craft robust project plans and critical paths. Ensure Project Excellence – Proactively identifying and mitigating issues and risks to ensure successful delivery and outcomes. Oversee Project Portfolios – Providing strategic direction and comprehensive oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects with unique timelines. Solve Complex Business Challenges – Tackling intricate problems by developing innovative, data-backed solutions with a user-first approach. Influence & Partner with Leadership – Cultivating strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. Champion Best Practices – Developing and implementing new methodologies and frameworks that enhance efficiency across the company. Strategic Thought Partner – Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on specific domains, including consumer, merchant, and business operations. Who we’re looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you’re curious and ready for real ownership, you’ll fit in! Professional Background – You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (e.g., Engineering, Business) and at least 2‑4 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting or a fast‑growing scale‑up. FinTech experience is a plus. Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Excellent analytical skills, with a solid grasp of business economics to develop data‑driven strategies. Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, build consensus, and mentor others. C‑Level Communication – Superior communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to convey complex ideas persuasively to senior executives. Organizational Excellence – Exceptional time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously. Proactive Ownership – An autonomous mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take full responsibility in a fast‑paced environment. This range is set using objective, gender‑neutral criteria for the role’s core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
