As the Executive Housekeeping Manager, you'll lead the housekeeping team to ensure every guest experiences a pristine, welcoming, and relaxing stay. You'll oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while managing operations, staff development, and quality control.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Marriott's high cleanliness standards.
Oversee the cleaning, laundering, and chemical usage protocols to guarantee safe and effective operations.

Hire, train, and develop a skilled housekeeping team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews, recognizing outstanding work and addressing areas for improvement.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Maintain and track housekeeping schedules to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Work closely with the Front Office Manager and other department leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Provide daily discrepancy reports and coordinate with the General Manager on quality standards.
Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping management experience preferred (hotel experience strongly preferred).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Must pass a criminal records background check.
Comfortable with continuous movement throughout the shift.
