Direct Support Professional - Flex

As a Direct Support Professional, your role is crucial in fostering the healthy growth and development of individuals with developmental disabilities and their dependents. Your efforts are instrumental in improving their overall well-being and quality of life. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, or equivalent, and 6 months+ experience working with persons with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities; or experience in the human services field
Fluent in Spanish preferred
Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle to transport clients; Ability to lift 50 pounds to assist clients with transfers to and from mobility equipment and vehicles
Clear criminal record; Manage activities to achieve the short- and long-term goals of clients and their dependents.
Transport clients to and from their appointments, errands, community activities, etc.; This involves the use of your personal vehicle; we provide mileage reimbursement.
You will report directly to the Regional Support Specialist as well as admin.
Flexible schedule with paid time off and sick leave.
