This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of something being built from the start — where your work ethic gets noticed and your contributions matter from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies accuratelyPick, pack, and stage outbound orders according to daily shipment schedules and accuracy standardsOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and in accordance with facility protocolsMaintain accurate inventory counts by scanning product, updating records in the warehouse management system, and reporting variances to supervisors promptlyLoad and unload trailers in coordination with the shipping and receiving team, meeting daily throughput targets without compromising accuracyKeep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards at all timesFollow all OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usageCommunicate clearly with team leads and supervisors regarding production status, delays, or equipment issuesSupport cross-functional warehouse functions as assigned, including cycle counting, labeling, and kitting tasksConsistently meet or exceed individual productivity and accuracy benchmarks established by facility managementRequirementsAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a warehouse environmentBasic reading and math skills required for order verification and inventory documentationDemonstrated reliability and consistent attendance in previous work historyAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment while maintaining accuracyWillingness to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on facility needsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPrior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right personPreferred QualificationsExperience in a related field is preferredScreening QuestionsHow many years of experience do you have relevant to this Warehouse Associate role?Do you hold any required licenses or certifications for this position?Are you available to work onsite in Locust Grove, GA?
