BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health visits to adult and geriatric patients throughout Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Union Counties.

• As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will:

Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes

Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

Implement therapeutic interventions that improve function and quality of life

Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of New Jersey

Minimum of one year of recent Occupational Therapy experience

Home Health experience preferred, but not required

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR)

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Union Counties
