Occupational TherapistAt WelbeHealth, each participant of our program is guided by our interdisciplinary team (IDT) - composed of clinical and non-clinical members who work cohesively to provide quality patient-centered care.The Occupational Therapist coordinates and provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services, working closely with the PACE Physician, rehabilitation staff, and other IDT members to maximize participant independence and safety, as well as enhance performance of ADLs.This role is different because Occupational Therapists at WelbeHealth:Lower patient volumes – no more seeing 3-4 patients an hourForm long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stintsCollaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplinesHave work/life balance - no after hours of documentationWe care about our team members.
