We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our IT Delivery Practice. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing strategic technology initiatives. Your expertise in program management, development practices, infrastructure modernization, and financial services combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives. We want a visionary leader to accelerate our transformation journey! Create effective program processes and think out of the box to deliver value quickly while managing costs strategically

• Document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote program strategy and communicate progress
• Support the IT Delivery group in planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond
• Champion the financials of assigned programs, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning
• Conform with all company policies and procedures

Experience in managing technology modernization project teams using a variety of supporting technologies

• Strong understanding of program and project management practices and demonstration of essential supporting soft skills
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels
• 7-10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles required
• Financial services industry experience preferred

PMP certification preferred
•Scrum Master Certification preferred
