As part of one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, you'll provide compassionate, community-based care that helps individuals experiencing serious mental illness achieve stability and wellness. In this role, you'll combine your clinical expertise with a whole-person, recovery-focused approachoffering both direct nursing care and support that empowers clients to thrive in their own communities.

Administer and manage medications under the direction of the team psychiatrist, ensuring safe handling and integration into treatment goals

Provide health assessments, education, and coaching on medication use, mental illness, and co-occurring conditions

Support clients in accessing and understanding medical appointments and treatment recommendations

Provide on-call crisis intervention and support during evenings, nights, or weekends as scheduled

Maintain compliance with all medication, safety, and infection control protocols (CLIA, OSHA, and agency policies)

Provide services in community-based settings and assist with client transportation as needed; Qualification(s): Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements

Experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting preferred

RN, licensed in Missouri or GPN/GN, passing the MO NCLEX within 90 days of graduation required

Are passionate about helping individuals live independently and achieve their recovery goals

Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in community-based settings
