HR Generalist: Human Resources (Monday - Friday)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a Call Center environment preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Workday or other HR systems .
Knowledge of case management systems and HR portals.
