Registered Nurse | Home Care | Full Time | Part Time | PRN

Hourly Rates Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr. Pediatric Client - 4 year old female in 28202. Has down syndrome with g-tube, med administration and assistance with ADLs. Veteran client - 71 year old male client in 28227. Every Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. Requires help with shower, apply prosthetic, meal prep, assistance with ambulation, monitor skin integrity, check blood sugar, administer insulin, administer medication/breathing treatments, head to toe assessment.
Assessments/Reassessments - Looking for a RN who can help open up new cases and reassess existing clients.
Infusion/Wound care - RN who is comfortable doing both.
Schedule: Part Time/Full Time opportunities available

Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, infusion experience (required), primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
