As a Systems Engineer II, you will build upon foundational skills and perform intermediate tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will conduct system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management with minimal supervision. You will contribute to and sometimes lead project tasks with a working knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Perform intermediate tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
Conduct system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management with minimal supervision.
Lead smaller project tasks and support larger project components.
Apply working knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles, to include, but not limited to, requirements management, MBSE.
• Practical knowledge of multiple Engineering principles and practices.
• systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and V&V principles.
• Security Clearance

Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as DOORS, Cameo, MATLAB.
Experience or certification in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) standards [Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP)].
Understanding of establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
