Lead Production Welder

Performs, restores, and guides teammates and/or Robotics welding production with a focus on quality, compliance, and equipment.
Responsibilities Problem solves and investigates nonconformances to find the root cause
Leads continuous improvement themes
Coordinates and performs trainings for teammates
Coordinates tooling fixtures for PMs
Maintains standardized work in the area
Coordinates day to day work schedules for the production demand
Coaches teammates
Performs Weld Secondary Inspection checks
Secondary Duties Collaborates with support staff to solve problems
Leads and implements advancements in repeatability through fixture and equipment
Education and Experience High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Weld qualified and/or able to pass Weld Qualification test. Must be able to successfully complete Motoman Maintenance and/or Basic Programming Course.
Competency and Skills Ability to read blueprints
MPS Skills preferred
