Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processor II to join our team in Chattanooga, TN

• *Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday 3:30 PM-12 AM; rotating Sundays 9 AM-12 PM; rotating holidays and overtime as needed
• *Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing

• Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer and specimen problems
• Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities
• Do spinning/freezing/splitting and other special services as needed based on client

**High School diploma or GED or equivalent

+ 1 year or more of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience

**1 year or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital

+ 1 year of experience in an assembly or manufacturing production environment

**Strong data entry and organizational skills

• Experience with MS Office

The Specimen Processor II will be responsible for performing clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment located onsite with one of our client offices.
