Weekly Pay

Personal Care as needed

A successful Home Health-care Aide provides personal care services under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse

Ability to follow a care plan

Light Housekeeping

Knows and follows infection control policies including proper hand washing techniques.

Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records. Completes the appropriate records to document cares given and pertinent observations.

Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients by observing infection control practices, following agency guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to the Supervisor/Case Manager.

Demonstrates safe practice in the use of equipment. Does not use equipment until orientation has been provided. Meet the training and/or certification requirements of the state in which the home health aide services are being provided. Active and verifiable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in applicable state OR 1 year of supervised, verifiable experience within the last 3 years.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care.
