This position ensures the dishwashing area remains clean, safe, and sanitary. The Dishwasher contributes to smooth kitchen operations and supports other team members as needed during evening service.## Job Description**Dishwashing & Sanitation*** Operates industrial dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, ensuring proper use of cleaning fluids and maintaining dishwasher cleanliness.* Maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all kitchenware, with extra care for delicate China.* Sweeps, mops, and maintains kitchen floors at the end of each shift.**Kitchen Support*** Assists prep cooks and other kitchen staff during peak service periods.* Loads and unloads deliveries or supply trucks as needed.* Sets up for events and assist with additional food preparation tasks as assigned.* Organizes flatware, China, and kitchen tools and equipment.**Teamwork & Workplace Effectiveness*** Handles multiple tasks simultaneously and independently with minimal supervision.* Collaborates and communicate effectively with a diverse kitchen team.* Qualifications* Previous kitchen experience as a dishwasher preferred* Previous kitchen experience preferred* Attention to detail and care for delicate or unique items* Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures diligently* Strong work ethic and reliability* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPay Range: $19.00 - $20.50/hour.
