The role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and adapting to client needs within contractual frameworksAs a Services Experienced Professional - ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for-Cross-Functional Collaboration-Works closely with personnel from the business unit to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues. Acts as the primary liaison between production teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Process Oversight and ExecutionOversees the implementation of standardized production control processes. Provides guidance and support to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement.Team Leadership and GuidanceSupervises daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance. Offers coaching and technical support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Client and Contract ManagementManages interactions with designated clients based on predefined contracts and service frameworks. Planning and ReportingParticipates in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting. Analyzes production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.To Be Successful in This Role You Will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
