Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary of $550,000-$600,000
Partnership track in 1?2 years with a low buy-in
Partner compensation exceeding $1.2 million annually , plus ASC distributions
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Established group of 9 Gastroenterologists with continued growth plans
State-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center with:
In-house pathology
Dedicated anesthesia services
Multiple ancillary revenue opportunities
Dedicated support model with 2 Nurse Practitioners per physician
Advanced GI support with established ERCP services

Work-Life Balance
Monday-Friday schedule
Half-day Fridays
Minimal call responsibilities:
Approximately 2 weekday nights per month
Only 2 weekends per year
