The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, as this position requires charge responsibilities during night shifts. Unit Highlights Location: Las Colinas, TX Unit: Labor and Delivery Number of Beds: 12 Patient Ratios: 2:1 Unit Staffing: 1 unit tech and 1 unit secretary on day shift; Meditech Special Skills/Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Shift Details Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: 7 PM - 7 AM Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month Call Requirements: None Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Required Qualifications Active Texas RN License (temporary license not accepted) ACLS Certification BLS Certification NRP Certification FM Certification AWHONN Certification Preferred Qualifications RNC Certification Experience with Meditech documentation Unit Procedures Circulation of C-Sections Dress Code Scrub Color: Facility-provided scrubs Nail Policy: no extreme styles or colors Facial Hair: Mustaches, beards, and sideburns should be neatly trimmed Tattoos: Visible piercings other than earring are prohibited Unit Guidelines/Policies Floating Guidelines Attendance Policies Thrive Staffing Job ID 19023684.
