Clean resident apartments: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, making beds, and linen service
Monitor the building for cleanliness and sanitation needs
Wash, dry, fold, and distribute personal laundry and linens
Change bedding and maintain tidy laundry spaces

~ Interact politely with prospective resident tours

Ability to operate housekeeping equipment (vacuum, mop, washer/dryer, etc.)
Ability to work various schedules and shifts
Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
