Location Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living, Springfield, Virginia.

Job Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) responsible for providing clinical care to residents according to nursing standards of practice, the Board of Nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.

Compensation Starting at $34.00, up to $37.00 per hour plus shift differentials based on experience.

Responsibilities Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.

Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical conditions; document findings in the electronic medical record.

Notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.

Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes in a resident’s care and service needs.

Supervise and lead care associates.

Administer medications in a timely, accurate manner according to orders.

Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.

Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.

Participate in clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.).

Perform other duties assigned by the RN clinical leader.

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care (preferred).

Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by state authority.

CPR certification required.

Passion for caring for seniors and strong resident advocacy.

Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
