Service Concierge Customer Support Position

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH seeks a Service Excellence Ambassador to deliver exceptional patient and visitor service. You will gather patient location and status information, relay it to families and staff, and advocate to expedite admissions while protecting confidentiality.
The role includes guiding visitors, answering calls, and supporting lobby operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in a consumer advocacy or service role.
