We are growing our Technology team and are hiring a Technical Recruiter. You will execute full-cycle recruiting strategies and act as a trusted partner to both candidates, internal account managers, and clients.

Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Partner with internal Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and priorities
Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle (interview prep, evaluation, negotiation)
Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Training & Development
