SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Our client is a rapidly growing technology and advanced manufacturing organization developing cutting-edge products and transforming the future of its industry. With continued investment and expansion, they are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help attract and hire exceptional talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership-level positions
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
Facilitate interview processes, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions
Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and market trends
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting best practices
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly specialized environments
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
8+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for advanced manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, hardware, software, or other technical organizations
Experience supporting executive and leadership-level searches
Strong data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement
