Psychometrist I - Psychology

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – This position supports research protocols through the standardized administration and scoring of neuropsychological, developmental, and cognitive assessments, with an emphasis on children and adolescents with profound autism, co-occurring intellectual disability, and neurogenetic conditions. Candidates should have experience working with children and adolescents with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities, including individuals with complex developmental and behavioral profiles. The position also contributes to research operations by maintaining protocol and regulatory materials, supporting training and orientation activities, and assisting with related duties as assigned.

Performs test administration and scoring of neuropsychological test batteries (including developmental and cognitive assessments) for individual research participants through various research protocols with a particular emphasis on children and adolescents with profound autism, co-occurring intellectual disability, and neurogenetic conditions.

Participates in training, orientation, team meetings.

Maintains regulatory documents.

Contributes to research operations by preparing and maintaining protocol summaries, consent forms, regulatory documents, procedure manuals, case report forms, and source documents, while supporting team operations through training, orientation, and team meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.

No experience required.

Masters' degree in a related field.

Experience administering neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents with autism and intellectual/ developmental disabilities.

Ability to work effectively with individuals who have complex developmental and behavioral profiles.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment.
