Anesthesiology, Full Time Anesthesiologist

Anesthesiology Physician
We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-residency experience and be comfortable providing a range of anesthetic services in a community-based hospital setting. This position primarily supports Boise, with occasional coverage needed at Nampa, requiring flexibility to work a minimum of two full weeks per month and the possibility of full-time coverage.
Schedule & Coverage Details:

Boise Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends. Call responsibilities include in-house weeknights (1500-0700), 1-2 nights per month with next day post-call, and pre-shift pre-call. Weekend coverage includes one in-house weekend (Fri 1500-0700 and Sun 0700-0700 or Sat 0700-0700).
Nampa Schedule: Flexibility to cover a few days per month, with options including weekday coverage, night float OB (1900-0700), weekend OB (Fri-Sun), and backup pager call.
Procedures involve supporting own cases or working within a supervising/care team model, with competency in regional anesthesia. No cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatric cases are required.
Requirements:

Active Idaho license or IMLC eligibility
DEA certification
CSR certification
Minimum 1-year post-residency experience
Comfortable with OB coverage, including regional anesthesia
Shift: Day 4x10 Hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
Compensation:

~ Hourly Pay Rate: $351.00
