PRN Schedule- (As needed)
The Program Coordinator (PC I, PC II, PC III) is responsible for the direct care of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients by providing patient supervision and support. The PCs provide structure and boundaries for our patients. They provide bathroom and milieu support as well as contribute to the implementation of therapeutic programming which may include care delivery and program documentation. Be willing and able to work at all ERC Pathlight local sites as assigned

• Be compliant with certification and regulatory requirements for each practice location
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet organizational staffing needs
• Be available to work weekends and holidays as required
• Be available to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws

Milieu Management, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Maintains daily program structure by following program schedule
• Takes patients out on fresh air breaks and mindful movement exposures
• Provides ongoing bathroom monitoring
• Participates in all meals and snacks with patients as needed per facility
• Provides meal support through coaching and skills per treatment team at eating disorder treatment locations (when not assigned to an eating disorder treatment location, performs other duties as assigned based on program and operational needs)
• Provides administrative support as needed around mealtimes
• Administrative Support
• Complete all appropriate documentation as needed in compliance with standards (some indicated above) including but not limited to patient observations, meals, and events that occur during shift
• Provides patient transportation as needed for medical appointments (may vary by location and program)
• Supports additional transportation needs, including but not limited to outings, grocery shopping, or other facility needs
• May provide support for additional food procurement as needed once per week
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required)

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required)

~ Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (required)
