Daily Cleaning & Sanitizing: Perform complete cleaning of ovens, stoves, walls, exhaust hoods, filters, and other kitchen equipment as assigned by the supervisor

General Kitchen Maintenance: remove food scraps and debris; Equipment Care: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use

Special Tasks: Respond to spills, guest requests, or unexpected cleaning needs during overnight shifts

Replenish cleaning supplies and restock kitchen areas as needed

Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment

Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items

Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients

Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area

Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
