Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic

Provide specialized nursing care to hematology and oncology patients in an infusion clinic setting. Ensure high-quality patient assessments and deliver effective treatment plans while maintaining safety standards.

Assess patient needs and conditions to develop appropriate care plans.
Educate patients about their treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, exercising critical thinking skills.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, certifications, and safety protocols.

Hold a valid RN license in the state of employment or multi-state license with no encumbrances.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with hematology/oncology patients in clinics or hospital settings.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Maintain a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel between clinic locations as needed.
