Service Plumbing Estimator

Prepare detailed and accurate plumbing estimates for commercial and industrial projects ranging from ground‑up new construction to tenant improvements
Review and analyze bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop comprehensive scopes of work
Solicit, evaluate, and qualify subcontractor and supplier bids
Perform material takeoffs for commercial plumbing and process piping systems
Identify project risks, exclusions, and clarifications and communicate them clearly in bid submissions
Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to ensure estimates align with actual construction methods and costs
Maintain and update pricing databases, vendor relationships, and historical cost data
Participate in pre‑bid meetings, site walks, and post‑bid interviews
5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience with a mechanical contractor
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, process piping, and related mechanical systems
Proficiency in estimating software such as Trimble, QuoteSoft, or similar platforms
Familiarity with projects in the healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial sectors preferred
S. based work experience
