A century-old, community-rooted bank is looking for its next Commercial Lender to grow a portfolio, build lasting client relationships, and make a real impact in the communities it serves.

Identify and develop new commercial, real estate, and consumer lending relationships
Analyze creditworthiness and structure loans that balance client needs with sound bank policy
Manage and grow a loan portfolio, monitoring performance and delinquency
Cross-sell deposit and treasury management solutions to existing and prospective clients
Serve on internal loan committees and represent the bank in the community
Stay ahead of regulatory changes affecting lending decisions
5–10 years of banking or related lending experience (college degree and advanced banking education a plus)
- Strong credit analysis and loan structuring skills
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and community engagement
- Valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office
