SAIC is seeking GEOINT Operations Engineer to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Las Cruces, NM. Supports cross-functional collaboration with development contractors, government program offices and customers to optimize GEOINT collection, mission management, and processing operations. Provides expert guidance on systems engineering and acquisition functions to ensure seamless integration across the GEOINT domain.
Directs operational oversight of development contractors, insuring software deliveries and integration activities align with government requirements and strategic objectives. Serves as the primary interface between technical teams and stakeholders to maintain program integrity and drive successful implementation.
Maintains comprehensive oversight of critical GEOINT mission operations, including technical baselines, enterprise timelines, critical dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and budget management. Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
Familiarity with support of Intelligence Community's (IC) GEOINT systems and capability development.
Knowledge of Agile acquisition strategy, development, and release planning, as well as continuous integration initiatives supporting mission capability releases enabling End -to-End GEOINT missions.
Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills, able to convey information across multiple customers and corporate audiences.
