DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking several English (US) Freelance Writers to produce high-quality content. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project; your creative contribution will be used to test and improve Machine Translation technology.
Candidates with demonstrated writing skills or experience will be considered. However, preference will be given to those who have previously published book(s) or can provide high-quality writing samples in relevant genres.
Writers will be required to complete 1 short story of approximately 6,500 words. Once the plot is approved, writers will submit the first 1,000 words of the story for review. Upon approval of the initial excerpt, the writers can resume and complete the story within the specified timeframe. Kids

Memoir/Autobiography/Biography - can be on anyone the writer chooses, even a made up person.
NOTE: It is not allowed to use any AI tools to aid creation and all submitted content will be reviewed for plagiarism and the use of AI technologies. Idiomatic fluency in English (US)
Excellent writing skills in English (US) (grammar, spelling)
Graduate or undergraduate degree in literature, journalism, or creative writing and/or proven experience in journalism, writing, or content creation
Submission of a portfolio with 3 writing samples (400-700 words each), including at least one in the preferred genre; samples may include published articles, blog posts, reports, or other relevant works that demonstrate writing ability and experience.
